Achieved a good price and recieved outstanding service
The servicing team at Sytner Chigwell are fantastic. They do an excellent job at competitive prices and always ensure I'm satisfied with the work that has been completed.
All went very smoothly despite the challenging weather conditions. Richard was also extremely informative when explaining the merits and operation of X-Drive.
i think custumers are miss led about the service pack it ends around 48/49 k and the service does not come due till 50/51k

When collecting car advised rear brake pads would need replacing soon. If they had contacted me they could have done whilst car was at garage

The work was undertaken but wasnt particularly timely I was booked in but it was over 30 minutes late before I was called to the service desk.The work was quoted as 90-120 minutes but i was there over 3 hours waiting.The car was washed and hoovered
Screen service information unaltered after service. On return visit, screen altered but says next service 03.18,presumably meaning19?

BMW paid a contribution to repair rear wheel bearings, accepting that it was rare for a vehicle of 3 years and 26k miles to develop such a fault. Would have liked the cost met in full.Routine wash and vacuum of the car did not take place post repair
Ones the car was ready to pick up they said the car was clean inside out. When i saw the car it was dirty not happy at all.

I had a problem with my tyre pressures a few days after my service and it was proven by the tyre company that I took my car to that my tyre pressures had not been checked during my service even though I had specifically requested this.
I had a puncture in the evening and within 1 hour my car was towed and within 2 I had a replacement car on my drive

staff listen to customer needs
sytner did a gear box, clutch change and a sump gasket replace 2 months later the whole engine was leaking oil from various different locations. When I booked in they did not assist me with a courtesy car When they messed it up in the first place
Service was fine - but they did not fix the one prior issue I outlined, despite saying they had. I called to advise this twice and was told both times I would receive a call back - have not.
I feel looked after and they do exactly what they say they will
the wash/valet could have been a lot better
The delay in being able to take the car in and the delays on arrival and collection (see above). I also feel the wheel balancing should have been dealt with by Sytner, Harold Wood prior to delivering the car to me.

Clear information provided
Brake fluid change was scheduled part of the service. According to service record it had changed but but according to the on boad car service history it hasn't been done Still showing over due.
The faults werent fixed. They have returned and I will have to find time to return the vehicle, wait for it to be rectified and then find time to collect the vehicle.

Great service, I understand the garage is busy but it would be nice to be called back quicker when trying to get hold of the service team.
They fixed the problem that I had and also gave me a courtesy car. I asked for a quote about some bodywork and if I wanted to sell the car but no-one got back to me. Tom in the centre is very helpful and always does his best to help.
Helpful, good advice, fixed then issues superbly and skill.
My only issue was when the garage changed the tyres (summer to winter) they did not reset the computer, so within 2 days I was seeing the message to "stop and check my tyre pressures"
This is a mixed bag as I have no complaints from the day. The team dealt with everything quickly and professionally. I was annoyed however at the amount of chasing that I personally had to do to get to the resolution.

Brought the car in for a service and complained about a noise coming from the car at low speeds, I was told it was the handbrake shoes. These have been since replaced and still the issue persists
Car was brought to garage with issues and despite not having a booking they were able to repair my car and service it within 48 hours.
