My car has to go back for the final recall fix (heater blower) and I understand this is due to supply issues from BMW, as opposed to any shortcomings at Chigwell

The actual job on the car I can’t complain at all. The lights work as they’re supposed. I’m glad I took out an enterprise rental car though, otherwise I would have been stuck when they had to order in the light modules and it took an extra day.

Lack of communication, i was told that i would receive a phone call after the diagnostic test to inform me if the car would be repaired on the day, at 4pm i was almost home and I received a call that the car was ready, I had been waiting since 9.30

my car has cream interior and mats, mats came back filthy and wet, steering wheel was sticky and dirty, had black marks on my hands

The oil service was done quickly, but on receiving my car back there were a number of dirty marks on the upholstery. Given the upholstery is light grey leather they were very noticeable. Luckily your service manager was able to clean them off....

the car was fixed and serviced under warranty with no real hiccups, the only slight nag was that it was kept in over the weekend, but it wasn't the end of the world

I was impressed with how clear the communication was and I was impressed with the health check video that was sent. I was also impressed that no questions were asked about the fact that the work was completed under warranty. It was just done.

Communication was poor, had to follow up with BMW UK on Facebook multiple times to get an update. Misinformed on multiple occasions. Definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth and will not be recommending the brand to friends or family.

When I book the appointment I was told that it would be 90mins I ended up waiting 2hr 30mins. Then I got a Complimentary clean which I wish they hadn’t bothered it was hardly cleaned so next time I will opt to not have a clean and leave.

After service my car it feels fresh and they done full car wash and valet my car also when I was waiting I had lot coffee honestly it taste really good. Sometimes I think I should go there for coffee, you know what I mean.
