After some complications with the way the sales intranet is set up, I bought the car I wanted. Amedeo and Hayder both "sold" me seperate cars that were already sold. The national data base offered the cars as available when they were not. Not ideal.

The complimentary car wash was not so satisfying and the team missed to check the engine oil level which was one of the basic checks during a service . It was critically low and I had to fill the oil 2 weeks after the service

Work was fairly simple and as far as I can tell was all carried out ok Safety problem - controls not returned to their setting when the vehicle was delivered. e.g. Lights no longer on automatic which was not spotted driving home at dusk.

I don't feel comfortable when i drive my car, because the car engine is still very rough. It's struggle when the gear changes specially from stationary. I told severval time, although they checked but said nothing can do about it. It wasn't before.

As above, cost of repairs exceptionally high. Also, when i went to pick up the car, it was parked in a spot that was blocked by other cars preventing me access until it was cleared

Poor communication between staff. If you do get a service plan you always have to remind them of it otherwise they will charge for it in full and you have to triple check things are included otherwise you could be in for an unexpected charge
