I marked 5 star as the centre on the whole was good, there was a few times though that my messages left with Reception were not passed on resulting on me having to chase. Once this was identified the Reception were reprimanded.

I was unhappy that deal I had struck back in Dec when first approached about changing to a new car before Apr 01 deadline - wasn't honoured. Took some haggling and a compromise by me. Also wrong reg plate on car & not noticed for about 5hrs.

MOT failed, paid for diagnostics and additional to fix an engine warning light issue, drive away (having had to attend a second day) with an MOT pass, only for the same light to come back on and now I need to re attend.

Very professional in service and report on inspection /diagnostic report. Just one problem red light and stop immediately on M11 .5 of a mile bonnet not closed properly , but on ringing service dept. Advised possibility one side not closing on catch.

It was good but as was a recall it seemed like I have had better experiences with BMW when I have had to pay when my car was taken in. I'm sure it wasn't a conscious decision as the representative was really nice. It just felt different.
