Daisie Harris was amazing ???? I felt comfortable talking though my options with her, again her knowledge and expertise around the products I couldn't fault. The level of communication from the invitation in at the event to collection was 10 out 10

I was unhappy that deal I had struck back in Dec when first approached about changing to a new car before Apr 01 deadline - wasn't honoured. Took some haggling and a compromise by me. Also wrong reg plate on car & not noticed for about 5hrs.

I've had a bad experience a time before and it seems that nothing has changed. BMW has a under rated after care program that under values its potential customers and those you brought in to the product are finding it a struggle to get anything done.

Very professional in service and report on inspection /diagnostic report. Just one problem red light and stop immediately on M11 .5 of a mile bonnet not closed properly , but on ringing service dept. Advised possibility one side not closing on catch.

It was good but as was a recall it seemed like I have had better experiences with BMW when I have had to pay when my car was taken in. I'm sure it wasn't a conscious decision as the representative was really nice. It just felt different.

1st time I have used Chigwell BMW for any services, I always go to Harold Wood. Chigwell has a small amount of parking when bringing in your car for service compared to Harold W. Also i purchased car vent air freshener which was not installed for me
