Good customer focus from the sales / front of house. Back of house needs to up its game, if I pay for parts in advance it's not okay to return said parts without contacting either the sales team who ordered them or the customer who paid for them.

Wonderful stuff, very helpful and my vehicle was serviced properly, but they never offer you with a loan vehicle, I asked them but they refused. If they can offer that I would not waste a whole working day. I may look for another dealer ship

Only one issue I had was with the health report i was given I could not understand anything the man had said due to his fast talking speed, so had to ask a worker upon arrival a question on the health report which was answered.
