Very dissatisfied. After the brake fluid service and complimentary check, I was told all fluids were topped up, yet the car had no engine oil on a long drive . A stop-now warning appeared and assistance failed, forcing a late-night oil purchase.

It was super difficult to reach out priort to the appointment. The new WhatsApp and chat it doesn't work. I booked for MOT and recall letter. No one mentioned it to me until I pick up the car that the spare part wasn't available. Still no idea when.

I broke down and was causing a major traffic disruption involving road closure. Vehicle needed to be lifted and I was 300 yds from Sytner. The police wanted information yet it was impossible to talk to anyone at sytner just a voicemail. Unacceptable!

They still took the vehicle in, performed a fresh install, and monitored it for two days to ensure the recurring issue was resolved, even though it wasn't present when I arrived due to a software update earlier that morning after charging.

The fault on my car was diagnosed quickly. The parts for the repair were in by next morning and the repair was completed before lunch. I collected my car before lunch and i was deleighted with the repair work and to have my car fully working again.

The cleanliness I was expecting for the premium price was not there. No seat covers, no steering wheel covers and service technicians getting in cars with their overalls potentially dirty. More care also needs to be taken when topping up fluids.
