Booked for a vehicle inspection, break fluid check and MOT ONLY and selected options/charge at time of booking. Sytner decided to upgrade to a full service without confirming so we were 'surprised' by a larger bill when we went to collect the car

Had to go back to fix an issue that occurred after the recall/service. Not ideal given the resulting inconvenience, but that said, the problem was fully owned by the Service team and resolved the following day

Fairly satisfied with the service. The only downside is I'm still waiting to hear back about a price for a part on my car. Apart from that everything else is fine.
