There were black marks left on my centre console area. My car had been cleaned a few days prior to coming to Sytner Loughton. After having the complimentary clean on my car, it was dirtier then when I handed it in. Water marks had been left all over.

Mostly happy, but three things: On collecting car was parked close to a wall, difficult to get in. Bonnet not latched on driving off Had to reset the sensors myself.

Recovery was efficient and relatively quick. At the dealership I had to continually chase for info. Whilst they were pending an approval from the lease company, info mostly received when chased. I had to chase the lease company multiple times.

While it took a while to get a replacement car, it was dealt with as a priority and Jackie communicated clearly at every stage and secured a lovely bmw electric car for us.

Did what was required in the time-frame they indicated, however no longer provide the video overview. Also no contact with the service agent, just handed the keys. So no opportunity to ask them to quote for some work I need doing on by other BMW.

Went to investigate why lights don't work on auto. On pick-up guy said it's working and he's left ob auto. Didn't check right then, only next morning saw the lights were not working. And they have broken the switch, it's now moving in and out freely.

It seemed to take and extraordinary length of time to fit a new tyre and deliver the vehicle back. It was towed in on Sunday afternoon and delivered to my home address on Thursday afternoon.
