Staff are super friendly. Came woth my little baby, felt comfortable. Service was quick. I had a little problem with my sensors, they looked at it fixed the minor issue with no problem. Place is clean and nice.

I was not kept informed of my cars progress by the Service Advisor, despite messaging on WhatsApp after noon. I called 2hrs later as no one had responded. I ended up making my way guessing my vehicle should be ready. The vehicle wasn't cleaned.

Booked the car in for specific job, kept the car pretty much the entire day and then rang me in the afternoon to say they don't have the right tools for the job. Just wasted an entire day that I had to take off. Had to reschedule.

An issue which was disclosed at drop off was never fixed or investigated only a guess. Which was surprising as ive had this issue where when the car is on and the passenger door or rear door is opened i get a error message on the dash about the key.

Unfortunately, very disappointed. When I bought my car brand new last year I was promised by the sales agent (Bilal) that I would be very looked after with a discount on my first service. We had negotiated this. I got no discount.

Everything was done well and the people were efficient and amicable. The only thing I'd say is that there's a trend towards less person to person contact and a bit too much towards digitising that. It's rather slow and impersonal.
