Like the first time I purchased a car at Chigwell Nick Horwood was fantastic; ensuring the car met all my requirements, answering all my queries & getting me set up. Mark Maxwell was also great, taking time to walk me through the finance agreement.

I would have expected a courtesy car under the circumstances, it cost me £70 in ubers whilst the car was being repaired under warranty

Work was fairly simple and as far as I can tell was all carried out ok Safety problem - controls not returned to their setting when the vehicle was delivered. e.g. Lights no longer on automatic which was not spotted driving home at dusk.

The complimentary car wash was not so satisfying and the team missed to check the engine oil level which was one of the basic checks during a service . It was critically low and I had to fill the oil 2 weeks after the service
